Pink Moscato Lemonade
When life gives you lemons, make moscato infused lemonade with strawberries on top.
This refreshing blend of pink goodness is everything summer stands for – fruity, fresh and vibrant.
Makes 9-12 cups
1 750ml bottle of pink moscato
6 cups lemonade
½ cup of vodka
10 strawberries, chopped in half
1 lemon, diced
3 cups ice
In a large pilcher, mix ice, pink moscato, lemonade and vodka. Stir.
Add lemon slices and chopped strawberries.
Fig and Lavender Spritz
Get your boomerang shot ready, because this drink is next-level pretty.
The blushing coral tones with delicate lavender make this spritz just so Insta-worthy. Oh, and delicious too!
Makes 2 cups
4 fresh figs
2 fresh lavender sprigs
1 lemon, juiced
2 tsp. honey
60 ml gin
Cut 3 figs in half, scoop out the flesh and put in a large cocktail shaker.
Cut a few leaves off the lavender sprigs and add to shaker.
Add the gin, honey, lemon juice and ice to the mixture. Shake well.
Strain liquid into glasses filled with ice cubes. Top with soda water.
Cut the remaining fig in half and place on top of drink.
Lay the lavender sprig across and enjoy.
We can’t compile a list of the best summer drinks without adding frosè.
Out of all the frosè we’ve sipped (and that’s a lot, FYI) we’ve found a watermelon-infused winner.
Makes 6-8 cups
1 750ml bottle of rosè
5 cups chopped watermelon
Watermelon slices for garnish
The night before, pour the rosè into ice cube trays to freeze. You will need approximately 2-3 trays. Put the chopped watermelon in the freezer also.
When you’re ready for your watermelon frosè, put the rose ice cubes and frozen watermelon into a blender. Juice the ½ lime and add to the mix. Blend until a smooth consistency.
If the mixture is too runny, add some ice cubes to freeze it up. If the mixture is too icy, add some fresh watermelon to juice it down.
Scoop the watermelon frosè into glasses and garnish with fresh watermelon slices.
Floral Ice Cubes

Mint and Basil Lemonade

This fruity concoction looks like its boozed-up pals in the cocktail menu, just minus the hangover. Score!
½ cup fresh basil
½ cup fresh mint
½ cup honey
10 lemons, juiced
8 cups sparkling water
Combine honey and ½ cup of water in a pot and stir on a high stovetop. Once it comes to boil, turn off heat and continue to stir until the honey and water have combined into one liquid mixture.
Add the mint and basil leaves to the mixture and let sit till it cools down.
Juice the limes and add to a small pitcher.
Strain the honey mixture so the mint and basil are separated. Add the honey mixture into the lime juice and stir.
Pour the mixture over ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint and basil.
Limoncello Prosecco with Blueberries
Taking inspiration from European summers, this Italian-inspired cocktail will have you feeling on vacay mode from the first sip.
Fancy a dip in the Mediterranean, anyone?
Makes 4 cups
1 cup limoncello liqueur
1 750ml bottle prosecco
1 lemon, sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
Add the limoncello and prosecco to a pitcher and stir.
Place the blueberries evenly among four glasses. Add ice.
Pour the limoncello prosecco and place a slice of lemon in each.
Coconut Grapefruit Margarita
What’s better than a margarita on a hot summers day? A coconut and grapefruit-infused margarita – that’s what.
This fruity twist on the classic margarita adds a sweet yet zesty kick that’ll have you coming back fore more.
2 tbsp. cream of coconut
300 ml grapefruit juice
150 ml tequila
50 ml triple sec
1 grapefruit, sliced
Fresh mint leaves to garnish
Slice one of the limes in half and rub one half around the rim of the glasses. Dip the rim in salt.
Put the grapefruit juice, tequila, cream of coconut, triple sec and squeeze the lime juice into a blender. Pulse until combined.
Pour mixture over ice, add one slice of fresh grapefruit and mint to garnish.
Banana Piña Colada Smoothie
Bananas? Good. Piña coladas? Gooood.

2 frozen bananas
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup coconut milk

Add the fruit, coconut milk, and pineapple juice into a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour into four glasses and garnish with coconut flakes and fresh pineapple.

1 mango, chopped
50 ml lime juice
100 ml vodka
80 ml Grand Marnier, Cointreau or another orange-flavoured liquor.
30 ml mango puree
Blend the mango chunks until a puree is formed.
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until combined.
Strain the mixture into the martini glasses and enjoy.
